Summary -- this is a list of findings. It should not be organized by
source, but by points that support your purpose. For example, If
you are trying to write a grant to fund a children's program, you might
list (a) evidence to show the need for the program (b) evidence to
show that there is interest in the program (c ) evidence that your program
will produce the desired result (d) detailing of costs. This would be more
useful that putting all survey data first, all readings second, all interview
info third.
-
Conclusions -- Analysis of findings, and what they mean
-
Recommendations -- what you recommend the client should do, based on
the summary and conclusions.
